PERHATIAN! Pengajuan dengan tag New saat membuat pengajuan baru akan ada 2 step yaitu DRAFT dan SUBMIT, pastikan saat selesai megajukan sudah tertera nomor otomatis pengajuan dan status bukan DRAFT.
(status Draft akan dianggap belum mengajukan dalam sistem).
Dan perhatikan juga status !Revise, silahkan lakukan revisi dengan klik "Edit & Revise" sesuai catatan yang diberikan atau jika ingin meminta "Rejected" tetapi pihak approval meminta "!Revise", lalu lakukan submit ulang di nomor pengajuan yang diminta revisi.
Jika terdapat status Rejected maka pengajuan sudah dibatalkan dan budget akan otomatis dikembalikan.
ATTENTION! Submissions with the New tag when creating a new submission will have 2 steps, namely DRAFT and SUBMIT, make sure that when you have finished submitting, the automatic submission number is listed and the status is not DRAFT.
(Draft status will be considered as not submitted in the system).

Dan perhatikan juga jika status !Revise, silahkan tanyakan apakah !Revise tersebut adalah bentuk penolakan dari IC/ FA sesuai catatan yang diberikan, jika bukan penolakan silahkan klik "Edit & Revise" untuk dilakukan submit ulang, jika bentuk penolakan karena lebih dari 60 hari atau hal lainnya silahkan diabaikan karena dianggap "Gagal Settlement" sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
